Chef John Foster is an award-winning chef and graduate of the International Culinary Center in New York City. He grew up in upstate NY, went to college in Maine, cooked in NYC, and finally settled in the Bluegrass, where he has brought farm to table dining to Lexington and has advocated for local farmers and growers for years. Chef Foster is the Chair of the Culinary program at Sullivan University in Lexington and writes a weekly food blog for  He and his wife, Nance Everts, are co-owners, and are helped in the kitchen and bar by their two sons, when on university breaks.
